Vabascum Nigra. Tall, perennial, short-lived. Great food source for birds and habitat for insects.
Sow in autumn or spring in a clean seedbed or disturbed soil. Self-seeds readily but is slow to grow, so needs little competition; stoney, dry soils and full sun for best results.
