Collection: Grass fed Beef

Born and raised in species-rich pastures at Goren, our Ruby Red Devon cattle have a nice life. We move them regularly, so we don’t need any wormers on them, as this destroys the biodiversity of our meadows. Even in the winter, they are housed on rough grass from our meadows. The cattle are likely the most organically produced in the area. Finished this year on apple pomace from our apple pressing to enhance their diet and the unique flavour profile of the meat.
