About our Prices
The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices on some items may differ from those charged at Goren Farm stores. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Additionally, prices may vary based on your order and delivery location(s) and the applicable retail store location. Any “list prices” used on this Site are the manufacturers’ suggested retail prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area.
Any reference to “savings” used on this Site indicates the average savings off the “list price”. Your actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase made contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion or coupon or that otherwise is not in compliance with these Terms of Use or applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to alter any mixture. we endevor to replace any species we are short of with an appropriate similar species such that the overall percentage by weigh is the same. in so far as ratios of grasses to flowers this will not change.
The seeds supplied are intended to be used for non agricultural or horticultural production for ornamental plants.
Refunds
Your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations apply and a full refund will be made if the products are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and in there original packaging. Please contact us first as we will do everything we possible can to rectify the issue. Please provide a contact telephone number as it is often easier to resolve an issue by talking first.
Goren farm operates a refund policy which shall, at all times, be subject to the discretion of the management.
Goren Farm requires notified in writing within 28 days of the transaction completing of 14 days of receipt of the goods whichever is shorter. Goren farm can not be held liable for failure of crop due to unforeseen circumstances or unsuitable or incorrect handling of the seed by the customer.
Guarantees:
Some products come with a guarantee of germination. This entitles the purchaser to a replacement of equal quantity of seed if there is substantial germination failure. This applies to seed sold as stratified( ie yellow rattle) and will be replaced by the following seasons harvest of fresh seed. If you wish to claim on this guarantee please provide your name, address and contact telephone number, date of purchase and quantity along with a description of the failure. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible to make arrangements for a replacement. Please use the email address on the web site.
Communications
You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Site or otherwise provide to Goren Farm (“Transmissions”) shall be and remain Goren Farm’s property.
