National Garden Scheme - Open Days, and Evenings 2020

Wildflower weekends at Goren Farm from 30th May 2020. Entrance £5 per person goes directly to the NGS who support various charities. Children and students free. Teas and cakes are also available as well as a locally procuced Cider. A percentage of profits from additional sales also goes towards the NGS garden scheme. We have raised over £20,000 over the past few years and given away £7000 from Goren festival so far. 

Dogs welcome but please keep them on a lead at all times. whilst the fields are extensive there are only foot paths open to the public to protect out crop.

With over 70 acres of ancient wildflower meadows, orchards, traditional farm buildings, informal gardens, greenhouses, a walled garden and animals to see, Goren Farm offers an experience for all the family.








Open Weekends: 10am-5pm  Refreshments available
We are open for the first 3 weekends in June, with guided walks at 10.30am and 2.30pm (1.5-3 hours), focusing on the history, management and species in the meadows. Information about the farm and its history can be found in our visitor's centre.

  Homemade teas and cakes are available all day and farm-produce is also available for sale.  


Open Evenings.  2020

Dates:  1st June - 31 July* Evenings:  5pm-9pm
Footpaths are mown through the meadows and picnic benches can be found scattered around the site. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink. Farm produce and seeds available upon request.

We may not always be available so donations to the NGS can be put in the box provided and maps are available in the car park.

*  Due to the annual Goren Festival the farm will be closed to non-festival visitors from  2rd-6th July 2020.  However, if you would like to join us at the Goren Festival, tickets can be booked here.
