National Garden Scheme - Open Days, and Evenings 2020
due to corvid crisis we shall not be providing refreshments or guided walk but will be opening for you to enjoy the meadows as 12noon-10pm 30th May- 31st July. **This may change depending on govemnment guidance**
NEW This year we are opening a small farm shop and off licence where you can buy out produce including honey, a choice of ciders, cider vinegar and apply juice as well as seeds and some craft items. Also fruit and Veg in season as well as Ruby Red devon beef and Spring Lamb frozen or fresh when available. This will be open by appointment between 12noon and 8pm so please ring the bell and someone will be there to serve you.
Visit the wildflower meadows and Gardens: June-September.
£5 charge per adult, children free, all proceeds will go to NGS charity. We have raised over £20,000 over the past few years and also given away £7000 from Goren festival so far.
With over 70 acres of ancient wildflower meadows, orchards, traditional farm buildings, informal gardens, greenhouses, a walled garden and animals to see, Goren Farm offers an experience for all the family.
Picnic benches can be found scattered around the farm. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink.
We may not always be available so donations to the NGS can be put in the box provided and maps are available in the car park and take a map. There is a bell outside the shop to ring for attention of please call 07770694646 for help or advice.
Directions: head for Stockland Hill television Mast. Turn east down Ridge Cross to ridge, signposted at the 1st T-Junction.
We have some play equiptment on the garden for children, trampoline, hammock and swings.
